Tarragon Butter
Comments: Keep refrigerated.
Excellent with grilled meats or fish.
It can also be used to thicken sauces and soups.

  • 2 to 3 tablespoons [30 to 45 mL] finely chopped fresh tarragon [dried if necessary]
  • 1 stick [1/4 pound / 115 g] soft butter
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] lemon juice
  • Mix together freshly chopped or dried tarragon, soft butter and lemon juice by hand or into a blender or a food processor.
