Chicken Salad

  • 2 cups [500 mL] cooked chicken, bite size
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] onion, finely minced
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] sweet pickles
  • 1 tablespoon [15 g] sugar
  • 1 cup [250 mL] salad dressing
  • 2/3 cup [160 mL] celery, chopped
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] salt
  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
