- 8 ounces [227 g] manicotti
- 8 ounces [227 g] Mozzarella cheese [2 cups / 500 mL]
- 15 ounces [425 g] Ricotta cheese [2 cups / 500 mL]
- 1/4 cup [60 g] grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] salt
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] pepper
- 3 1/2 cups [875 mL] spaghetti sauce

- Cook manicotti according ot instructions.
- Cool in single layer on wax paper.
- Combine cheeses, parsley, salt and pepper for filling.
- Spoon into manicotti.
- Spread a thin layer of sauce over bottom of 13 x 9-inch [33 x 23-cm] baking pan.
- Arrange manicotti in single layer over sauce, pour remaining auce over top.
- Cover.
- Bake at 350°F [180°C] for 40 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer.
