Spaghetti Sauce

  • 4 cups [1 L] tomato juice
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] tomato paste
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon [0.5 mL] red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] salt
  • 1/4 cup [60 g] cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup [60 g] sugar
  • In a saucepan, mix all ingredients together.
  • Simmer to thicken.
