Meatballs
- 2 pounds [1 kg] ground beef
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] dried onion
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] seasoned salt
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Sauce
- 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] can tomato soup
- 1 [14-ounce / 398-mL] can tomato sauce
- 1 cup [250 mL] brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] vinegar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon [15 g] sugar
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 10 ounces [310 mL] water

- Mix together all meatballs ingredients.
- Form into tiny meatballs.
- Mix together all sauce ingredients.
- Bring to boil.
- Drop balls into bubbly sauce.
- Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
