- 1 cup [250 mL] brown sugar
- 1 cup [200 g] white sugar
- 1 cup [225 gL] butter
- 1 cup [250 mL] peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] baking soda
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] vanilla
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups [280 g] sifted flour

- Cream sugar, peanut butter and eggs.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Form into balls, press flat with a fork.
- Bake at 325°F [160°C] for 10 to 12 minutes.
