Coffee Cake

Cake
  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 1 package instant lemon pudding
  • 3/4 cup [190 mL] tap hot water
  • 3/4 cup [190 mL] cooking oil
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup [250 mL] sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] butter extract
Topping
  • 1/2 cup [100 g] sugar
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] cinnamon
  • Mix well all ingredients and pour into a greased and floured bundt pan.
  • Mix together all topping ingredients.
  • Spread topping through batter and on top.
  • Bake at 350°F [180°C] for 1 hour.
  • Cool for 30 minutes before taking out of pan.
