Cake
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 package instant lemon pudding
- 3/4 cup [190 mL] tap hot water
- 3/4 cup [190 mL] cooking oil
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup [250 mL] sour cream
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] vanilla
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] butter extract
Topping
- 1/2 cup [100 g] sugar
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] cinnamon

- Mix well all ingredients and pour into a greased and floured bundt pan.
- Mix together all topping ingredients.
- Spread topping through batter and on top.
- Bake at 350°F [180°C] for 1 hour.
- Cool for 30 minutes before taking out of pan.
