Cream Cheese Pie

  • 1 [9-inch / 23-cm] graham cracker crust
  • 1 [8-ounce / 227-mL] can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup [80 mL] lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] vanilla
  • Cherry pie filling
  • Let cream cheese stand at room temperature.
  • Beat cheese until fluffy.
  • Slowly add milk, lemon juice and vanilla.
  • Pour into crust.
  • Chill and top with cherry pie filling.
