- 2 cups [400 g] sugar
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] cocoa
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] milk
- 1/4 cup [60 g] butter
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] vanilla
- 3 cups [750 mL] quick cook oatmeal
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] peanut butter

- Bring sugar, cocoa, milk and butter to a boil and cook for 2 minutes.
- Remove from stove and add vanilla, oatmeal, salt and peanut butter.
- Mix together and drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper.
- Store in refrigerator.
