Choco-Scotch Squares

  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 6 ounces [170 g] chocolate chips
  • 1 cup [250 mL] coconut
  • 1 cup [250 mL] graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 ounces [170 g] butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] chopped nuts
  • 1 cup [250 mL] sweetened condensed milk
  • Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch [23 x 33-cm] pan.
  • Put cracker crumbs into melted margarine.
  • Sprinkle each ingredient in order given over the crumbs.
  • Bake at 325°F [160°C] for 30 minutes.
  • Chill and cut into squares.
