  • 1 pound [454 g] ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons [22.5 mL] mustard
  • 4 tablespoons [60 mL] Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] ketchup
  • 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] Italian bread crumbs
  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Bake for 1 hour in a loaf pan at 350°F [180°C].
