- 4 or 5 chicken breast, boned and skinned
- 2 packages broccoli spears
- 1 can mushrooms
Sauce
- 1 cup [250 mL] cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup [250 mL] mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] lemon juice
Toppings
- Shredded cheese
- Buttered bread crumbs

- Grease casserole and line with broccoli spears.
- Top with chicken breasts and mushrooms.
- Cover with sauce.
- Top with cheese and bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350°F [180°C] for 1 hour.
