- 1/4 cup [60 g] margarine
- 3 pounds [1.4 kg] frying chicken pieces
- 2 cups [500 mL] milk
Coating
- 1/2 cup [70 g] flour
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] pepper

- Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch [23 x 33-cm] pyrex pan in a 350°F [180°C] oven.
- Mix together flour, paprika and pepper.
- Coat chicken pieces with coating mixture.
- Put chicken pieces in margarine, turing to coat.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Pour milk over and around chicken.
- Bake for an additional 45 minutes.
