Easy Steak Soup

Servings: 6 - 8
  • 1/2 pound [227 g] ground beef
  • 16 ounces [454 mL] canned tomatoes
  • 2 cups [500 mL] water
  • Pinch of oregano
  • 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] package frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 teaspoon [5 g] sugar
  • 1/2 teaspon [2.5 mL] black pepper
  • Brown and drain ground beef.
  • Add all other ingredients.
  • Simmer over low heat for 1 1/2 hours.
