- 16 ounces [454 mL] canned tomatoes
- 2 cups [500 mL] water
- Pinch of oregano
- 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] package frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 teaspoon [5 g] sugar
- 1/2 teaspon [2.5 mL] black pepper
