- 1 cup [250 mL] raspberries
- 1 cup [250 mL] blackberries
- 1 cup [250 mL] strawberries
- 1 cup [250 mL] blueberries
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] Triple Sec
- 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] sour cream

- Place fruits in a large mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl, dissolve brown sugar and Triple Sec.
- Add sour cream.
- Whip until evenly mixed.
- Add to berries and fold together.
