Fresh Fruit and Sour Cream

Comments: Serve in large wine glasses.

  • 1 cup [250 mL] raspberries
  • 1 cup [250 mL] blackberries
  • 1 cup [250 mL] strawberries
  • 1 cup [250 mL] blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] Triple Sec
  • 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] sour cream
  • Place fruits in a large mixing bowl.
  • In a small bowl, dissolve brown sugar and Triple Sec.
  • Add sour cream.
  • Whip until evenly mixed.
  • Add to berries and fold together.
