Lemon-Herb Marinade

  • 2/3 cup [160 mL] olive oil
  • 1/3 cup [80 mL] fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup [80 mL] dry vermouth
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] dried rosemary, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] dried thyme, crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 g] sugar
  • 1/2 teaspon [2.5 mL] salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] pepper
  • In a medium bowl, whisk all ingredients to blend.
