Peanut Butter Fudge

IngredientsPreparation
  • 2 cups [400 g] sugar
  • 4 tablespoons [60 mL] peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup [190 mL] milk
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Bring to boil.
  • Stir constantly until it reaches soft ball stage; then, take off heat.
  • Beat until it hardens.
  • Pour over buttered plate.
