- 1 [15-ounce / 425-g] round or wedge Brie cheese
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] sliced almonds, toasted

- Remove rind from top of cheese, cutting to within 1/2 inch [1.3 cm] of outside edge.
- Place on a microwave safe dish.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar and almonds.
- Microwave, uncovered, at 'HIGH' for 20 seconds or until soft.
