Ice Cream
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups [500 g] sugar
- 4 cups [1 L] cream
- 2 teaspoons [10 mL] vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] salt
- 1 can condensed milk
Sauce
- 1/4 cup [60 g] + 2 tablespoons [30 g] sugar
- 1 [5-ounce / 142-mL] can evaporated milk
- 3/4 cup [190 mL] semisweet chocolate morsels
- 1 1/2 teaspoons [7.5 g] butter
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] vanilla extract

Ice Cream
- Beat eggs until foamy.
- Gradually add sugar.
- Beat until thick.
- Add cream, vanilla and salt; mix.
- Pour into can.
- Add condensed milk to fill line [5 cups / 1.25 L].
- Process in ice cream maker.
Sauce
- Combine sugar, evaporated milk and chocolate morsels in a small saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring until chocolate melts and mixture boils.
- Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla.
- Serve.
