- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- Butter
- Salt and pepper
- Onion salt
- 6 tablespoons [90 mL] cream cheese
- Bacon strips
- Bay leaves

- Baste chicken breasts with butter.
- Mix together salt, pepper, onion salt and cream cheese.
- Stuff chicken breasts with cream cheese mixture.
- Roll and secure with toothpick.
- Wrap bacon around outside of chicken.
- Place in baking dish, along with bay leaves.
- Bake for about 45 minutes at 375°F [190°C].
