Chicken Breasts

  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • Onion salt
  • 6 tablespoons [90 mL] cream cheese
  • Bacon strips
  • Bay leaves
  • Baste chicken breasts with butter.
  • Mix together salt, pepper, onion salt and cream cheese.
  • Stuff chicken breasts with cream cheese mixture.
  • Roll and secure with toothpick.
  • Wrap bacon around outside of chicken.
  • Place in baking dish, along with bay leaves.
  • Bake for about 45 minutes at 375°F [190°C].
