Oyster Cocktail

Oysters can be served on shredded lettuce, in individual plates, with remoulade sauce.

36 shelled oysters
2 tablespoons [30 ml] mayonnaise
2 tablespoons [30 ml] fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup [60 ml] Chili sauce
1/4 cup [60 ml] ketchup
Celery salt
Tabasco sauce, to taste
Thoroughly mix together mayonnaise and lemon juice.
Add all other ingredients, except oysters, and refrigerate.
