Oyster Cocktail
Comments: Oysters can be served on shredded lettuce, in individual plates, with remoulade sauce.

  • 36 shelled oysters
  • 2 tablespoons [30 ml] mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons [30 ml] fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup [60 ml] Chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup [60 ml] ketchup
  • Celery salt
  • Tabasco sauce, to taste
  • Thoroughly mix together mayonnaise and lemon juice.
  • Add all other ingredients, except oysters, and refrigerate.
