- 2 cups [500 ml] fresh fruits
- 4 cups [1 L] vanilla ice cream
- 2 tablespoons [30 ml] Cointreau
- 6 [12 ounce / 375 ml] 'Old Fashioned' glasses

- Wash, peel, and cut fruits.
- Fill 1/3 of glasses with fruit pieces.
- Top each serving with a heaping scoop of ice cream and a little Cointreau.
