IngredientsPreparation
  • 2 cups [500 ml] fresh fruits
  • 4 cups [1 L] vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons [30 ml] Cointreau
  • 6 [12 ounce / 375 ml] 'Old Fashioned' glasses
  • Wash, peel, and cut fruits.
  • Fill 1/3 of glasses with fruit pieces.
  • Top each serving with a heaping scoop of ice cream and a little Cointreau.
