  • Crushed ice
  • 1 1/2 ounces [45 ml] pernod or herbsaint liquor
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 ml] fine sugar
  • Cool a shaker and a champagne glass with crushed ice.
  • Shake together pernod or herbsatin liquor and sugar in the shaker until sugar is dissolved.
  • Pour into cooled champagne glass.
