Ramoz Gin Fizz
Comments: It can also be shaked by hand, if well shaked.
If desired, sparkling water can be added.

  • 1 1/2 ounces [44 ml] dry gin
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons [12.5 ml] fine or icing sugar
  • 3 drops orange flower water
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon, strained
  • Juice of 1/2 lime, strained
  • Vanilla to taste
  • Crushed ice
  • 1 [10 ounce / 284 ml] tumbler
  • In a blender, mix together dry gin, egg whites, fine or icing sugar, orange flower water, lemon juice, lime juice, vanilla and crushed ice.
  • Beat at high speed for a few seconds.
  • Mixture must be thick and light.
  • If too clear, beat longer.
  • Pour into tumbler.
