- 1 1/2 ounces [44 ml] dry gin
- 2 egg whites
- 2 1/2 teaspoons [12.5 ml] fine or icing sugar
- 3 drops orange flower water
- Juice of 1/2 lemon, strained
- Juice of 1/2 lime, strained
- Vanilla to taste
- Crushed ice
- 1 [10 ounce / 284 ml] tumbler

- In a blender, mix together dry gin, egg whites, fine or icing sugar, orange flower water, lemon juice, lime juice, vanilla and crushed ice.
- Beat at high speed for a few seconds.
- Mixture must be thick and light.
- If too clear, beat longer.
- Pour into tumbler.
