- 3 cups [750 ml] warm milk or
- 2 1/2 cups [625 ml] warm milk and
- 1/2 cup [125 ml] cream
- 3 cups [750 ml] very strong coffee
- Sugar

- Heat milk [or milk and cream] until just boiling.
- Whip with and egg beater until foamy.
- Fill a bowl or a large, pouring at the same time an equal quantity of coffee and of milk.
- Add sugar to taste.
