IngredientsPreparation
  • 3 cups [750 ml] warm milk or
  • 2 1/2 cups [625 ml] warm milk and
  • 1/2 cup [125 ml] cream
  • 3 cups [750 ml] very strong coffee
  • Sugar
  • Heat milk [or milk and cream] until just boiling.
  • Whip with and egg beater until foamy.
  • Fill a bowl or a large, pouring at the same time an equal quantity of coffee and of milk.
  • Add sugar to taste.
