- 6 patty shells [already baked or frozen]
- 2 tablespoons [30 g] butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] chopped sweet red pepper, membranes removed and seeded
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] zucchini slices
- 1 can [10-ounce / 284-mL] cream of mushroom soup concentrate
- 1/3 cup [80 mL] milk
- 2 cups [500 mL] cooked chicken cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] pepper

- Bake patty shells according to package directions.
- Melt butter into a saucepan.
- Cook together chopped onion and sweet red pepper along with zucchini slices until tender.
- Blend in cream of mushroom soup concentrate, milk, cooked chicken cubes, basil and pepper.
- Heat, stirring occasionally, until hot.
- Evenly spoon mixture into hot patty shells, and serve.
