- 4 cups [1 L] water
- 1 1/2 cups [300 g] sugar
- 3/4 cup [190 mL] freshly crushed mint leaves
- Juice of 6 oranges
- Juice of 3 lemons
- Fresh mint leaves [to garnish]

- Heat together water and sugar for 5 minutes; remove from heat.
- Add crushed mint leaves; set aside for 30 minutes.
- Strain.
- Mix together strained liquid, orange juice and lemon juice.
- Pour into tall glasses, garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve.
