Iced Raspberry Mint Drink

IngredientsPreparation
  • 1/2 cup [100 g] sugar
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup [250 mL] boiling water
  • 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] pack frozen raspberries
  • 1 [6-ounce / 170-mL] can frozen pink lemonade
  • 2 cups [500 mL] ice cold water
  • Crushed ice
  • Fresh mint leaves [to garnish]
  • Whole raspberries [to garnish]
  • Mix together sugar, mint leaves and boiling water.
  • Set aside for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in frozen raspberries and pink lemonade, stirring until all is completely thawed.
  • Strain mixture into a really cold pitcher, half filled with crushed ice.
  • Stir in ice cold water.
  • Serve, garnished with fresh mint leaves and whole raspberries.
