- 1/2 cup [100 g] sugar
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup [250 mL] boiling water
- 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] pack frozen raspberries
- 1 [6-ounce / 170-mL] can frozen pink lemonade
- 2 cups [500 mL] ice cold water
- Crushed ice
- Fresh mint leaves [to garnish]
- Whole raspberries [to garnish]

- Mix together sugar, mint leaves and boiling water.
- Set aside for 5 minutes.
- Stir in frozen raspberries and pink lemonade, stirring until all is completely thawed.
- Strain mixture into a really cold pitcher, half filled with crushed ice.
- Stir in ice cold water.
- Serve, garnished with fresh mint leaves and whole raspberries.
