- 1 cup [225 g] grated sharp cheese
- 3 tablespoons [45 g] softened butter
- 1/2 cup [70 g] flour
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] salt
- 2 pinches paprika
- Stuffed olives

- Well mix together grated cheese, softened butter, flour, salt and paprika.
- Wrap each olive, using approximately 1 teaspoon [5 mL] cheese mixture, into grated mixture.
- Then, into wax paper, separately wrap each cheese wrapped olive; freeze.
- Just before serving, preheat oven to 400°F [200°C].
- Unwrap needed cheese wrapped olives.
- Transfer olives onto an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake wrapped olives into preheated oven, for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Serve, really hot.
