- 16 cups [4 L] water
- 3 cups [600 g] sugar
- 5 teaspoons [25 mL] tea
- 1 can frozen lemon juice
- 1 small can frozen orange juice
- Few mint leaves or just a hint allspice

- Bring together water and sugar to a boil.
- Add tea; leave to infuse for 5 minutes.
- Stir in frozen lemon and orange juices.
- Add a few mint leaves or a little allspice.
- Strain.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
