Fruit-Flavored Iced Tea
Servings: Approximately 18 cups [4.5 L]
  • 16 cups [4 L] water
  • 3 cups [600 g] sugar
  • 5 teaspoons [25 mL] tea
  • 1 can frozen lemon juice
  • 1 small can frozen orange juice
  • Few mint leaves or just a hint allspice
  • Bring together water and sugar to a boil.
  • Add tea; leave to infuse for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in frozen lemon and orange juices.
  • Add a few mint leaves or a little allspice.
  • Strain.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
