- 3 cups [750 mL] cooked Virginia Ham cubes
- 2 cups [500 mL] medium white sauce
Medium White Sauce
- 2 tablespoons [30 g] butter
- 3 tablespoons [26.25 g] flour
- 2 cups [500 mL] milk
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] salt

- Prepare white sauce into the top part of a double boiler.
- Mix in cooked ham cubes.
- Reheat over hot water, until ham cubes are really hot.
- Serve.
Medium White Sauce
- Melt butter into the top part of a double boiler.
- Stir in flour, until of a smooth paste consistency.
- Slowly stir in milk; cook until thickened.
- Salt.
