Boiled Rabbit
  • 1/2 pound [227 g] butter
  • 1 ready-to-cook rabbit, into parts
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup [250 mL] water
  • Melt butter into a large casserole.
  • Add rabbit pieces and chopped onions; salt and pepper.
  • Pour in water.
  • Cover and simmer for approximately 3 hours.
