Raisin-Pineapple Sauce
Comments: Serve hot or cold, along with ham.

  • 1 cup [250 mL] brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup [80 mL] grape juice
  • 1/3 cup [80 mL] pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] drained crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] raisins
  • 3 tablespoons [45 mL] lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons [60 mL] vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] ground clove
  • Into a small casserole, mix together all ingredients.
  • Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
