Shrimp-Crab Casserole

  • 1 pound [454 g] boiled shrimps, shelled and deveined
  • 1 pound [454 g] boiled crabmeat chunks
  • 1 cup [250 mL] celery dices
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] chopped sweet green pepper
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] grated onion
  • 1 cup [250 mL] mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Breadcrumbs, to taste
  • Paprika, to taste
  • Preheat oven to 325°F [160°C].
  • Mix together all ingredients, except breadcrumbs and paprika.
  • Transfer mixture into a well-greased oven-safe casserole.
  • Sprinkle mixture with breadcrumbs, then with paprika.
  • Bake into preheated oven, for 30 minutes.
