- 1/4 cup [60 g] butter
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] chopped onion
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] chopped celery
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] chopped sweet green pepper
- 1/2 pound [227 g] boiled small shrimps
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] chopped jarred sweet red pepper
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] old-fashioned bay leaf seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoon [0.5 mL] Cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] dry Sherry
- 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] breadcrumbs
- Salt, to taste

- Melt butter into a saucepan.
- Brown together chopped onion, celery and sweet green pepper.
- Mix in shrimps, chopped parsley and sweet red pepper, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, old-fashioned bay leaf seasoning, Cayenne pepper and dry Sherry.
- Salt.
- Cook over low heat, for approximately 10 minutes.
- Well mix in breadcrumbs; leave to cool completely.
