- Partially cooked rice
- Approximately 3/4 pound [340 g] lean ground beef
- 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] can cream of tomato soup concentrate

- Preheat oven to 375°F [190°C].
- Lay some potato slices over the bottom of a medium-size oven-safe casserole.
- Top with onion slices, then top with partially cooked rice.
- Repeat layers.
- Evenly top with ground beef.
- Pour in cream of tomato soup concentrate.
- Bake into preheated oven, for 1 1/2 hours.
