- 1 1/2 pounds [680 g] ground lean smoked ham
- 3/4 pound [340 g] ground lean pork
- 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] freshly made breadcrumbs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons [7.5 mL] Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon [0.5 mL] pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 cup [250 mL] milk
- Flour

- Preheat oven to 375°F [190°C].
- Mix together ground smoked ham, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, egg and milk.
- Shape mixture into a bread; transfer into a buttered bread pan.
- Sprinkle mixture with just a little flour.
- Bake into preheated oven for approximately 1 hour, until golden.
