Quince Honey
  • 3 large unpeeled quinces
  • 3 pounds [1.4 kg] sugar
  • 2 cups [500 mL] water
  • Hot sterilized jars
  • Grate quinces into a casserole.
  • Add sugar; pour in water.
  • Bring to a boil; simmer for 20 minutes, until golden.
  • Pour hot into hot sterilized jars; seal.
