Fruit Salad Sauce
  • 1 can pineapple juice
  • Juice of 1 small lemon
  • 1/2 cup [100 g] sugar
  • 1 heaping teaspoon [3 g] flour
  • Small piece of butter
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Hint of salt
  • 1 container whipped cream [to serve]
  • Into the top part of a double boiler, cook together pineapple juice, lemon juice, sugar, flour, butter, beaten eggs and just a little salt, until thickened.
  • Leave to cool completely.
  • Just before serving, delicately fold in whipped cream.
