- 1 can pineapple juice
- Juice of 1 small lemon
- 1/2 cup [100 g] sugar
- 1 heaping teaspoon [3 g] flour
- Small piece of butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Hint of salt
- 1 container whipped cream [to serve]

- Into the top part of a double boiler, cook together pineapple juice, lemon juice, sugar, flour, butter, beaten eggs and just a little salt, until thickened.
- Leave to cool completely.
- Just before serving, delicately fold in whipped cream.
