- 2 cups [500 mL] sour cream
- 1 teaspoon [5 g] sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] salt
- 3 tablespoons [45 mL] cream or milk
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] mayonnaise
- 1/2 pound [227 g] Roquefort or Blue cheese

- Transfer sour cream into a bowl.
- Stir in sugar, salt, cream or milk and mayonnaise.
- Mix well.
- Crumble cheese; mix into sour cream mixture.
- Refrigerate for approximately 1 hour.
- Remove salad dressing from refrigerator 30 minutes before serving, at room temperature.
