- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] salt
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] dry mustard
- Pinch sugar
- Pinch red pepper
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] sour cream
- 4 teaspoons [20 mL] vinegar
- Chopped green onions, to taste

- Crush egg yolks.
- Mix in salt, dry mustard, sugar and red pepper.
- Then mix in sour cream and vinegar.
- Really finely chop egg whites; mix into salad dressing, along with chopped green onions.
