Sour Cream Salad Dressing
Servings: Approximately 3/4 cup [190 mL]
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] dry mustard
  • Pinch sugar
  • Pinch red pepper
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] sour cream
  • 4 teaspoons [20 mL] vinegar
  • Chopped green onions, to taste
  • Crush egg yolks.
  • Mix in salt, dry mustard, sugar and red pepper.
  • Then mix in sour cream and vinegar.
  • Really finely chop egg whites; mix into salad dressing, along with chopped green onions.
