- 1/2 cup [125 mL] mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] sweet pickles juices
- 2 cups [500 mL] cooled boiled potato dices
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, grossly chopped
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] salt
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] grossly chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] cheese dices

- Thin mayonnaise with sweet pickles juices.
- Stir in cooled potato dices, chopped hard-boiled eggs, salt, chopped celery, chopped onion and cheese dices.
- Refrigerate until really cold, to well blend flavors.
