Spiced Cider
Comments:
Excellent served hot, or cold.
4 cups [1 L] apple cider
4 cinnamon sticks
1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] allspice
1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] whole cloves
Bring apple cider to a boil.
Remove from heat; mix in cinnamon sticks, allspice and whole cloves.
Leave to rest for 4 hours.
Strain.
