Two-Cheese Ball
  • 1 pound [454 g] cream cheese
  • 1/4 pound [113 g] Blue cheese
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] sour cream
  • Grated onion, to taste
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • Worcestershire sauce, to taste
  • Enough finely chopped nuts or parsley
  • Thoroughly mix together cream cheese, Blue cheese, sour cream, grated onion, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Shape mixture into a large ball.
  • Roll ball into finely chopped nuts or parsley, until well coated.
