Pork Stuffing for Turkey

Enough stuffing to stuff a 20-pound [9-kg] turkey.
Ingredients
Preparation
10 cups [2,5 L] mashed potatoes
7 1/2 cups [1.875 L] fine breadcrumbs
1 1/4 cups [310 mL] ground salt pork
1 2/3 cups [375 g] melted butter
5 onions, finely chopped
5 eggs
5 teaspoon [25 mL] salt
2 1/2 teaspoon [12.5 mL] poultry seasonings
Pepper
Well mix together all ingredients except pepper.
Pepper lightly.
