- 1 [6-ounce / 170-g] can crabmeat, drained
- 1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] anchovy flavoring or paste
- 8 ounces [225 g] cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] lemon juice
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] freshly made breadcrumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] curcuma
- 2 teaspoons [10 mL] chopped parsley

- Well mix together drained crabmeat, chopped green onions, anchovy flavoring or paste, cream cheese and lemon juice.
- Shape mixture into 1-inch [2.5-cm] balls.
- Mix together breadcrumbs, curcuma and parsley; well coat balls with mixture.
- Arrange balls all around the outside of a plate; then arrange remaining balls into circles, in the centre of the plate.
- Microwave, uncovered, for 5 to 6 minutes on 'MAXIMUM'.
- Leave to rest for 3 minutes, before serving.
