Crabmeat Spread

  • 1 tablespoon [15 g] butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 8 3/4 ounces [250 g] cream cheese
  • 1 [7-ounce / 200-g] can crabmeat, drained
  • Microwave together butter and chopped onion for 30 seconds.
  • Mix in cream cheese; microwave for 30 seconds more.
  • Thoroughly mix.
  • Mix in drained crabmeat.
  • Refrigerate for a few minutes to cool and get an easy to spread consistency.
  • Serve, really cold.
