Maple Syrup Apple Butter
From: Claire, Montreal, Quebec, Canada
Comments: A perfect, smooth texture.
You may want to use a little more or less maple syrup according to the acidity of the apples.
If may want to change the quantities of the ingredients to get a lighter dessert, or a more buttery tasting spread.
It is also possible to use maple sugar instead of maple syrup.
