This sauce is excellent along with muesli and fruits.

IngredientsPreparation
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] honey
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] light plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] orange juice
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • Grated orange rind, to taste
  • Heat honey in microwave on 'HIGH for 5 to 10 seconds'.
  • Stir in yogurt, orange juice, cinnamon and grated orange rnd.
