Cranberry Dip

IngredientsPreparation
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] water
  • 4 ounces [1/2 cup] fresh or canned whole cranberries
  • 3/8 cup [94 mL] dark brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL] malt vinegar
  • Into a bowl, pour water over fresh cranberries.
  • Microwave on 'MAXIMUM' for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Puree cranberries by pressing cranberries through a sieve.
  • Mix in dark brown sugar and malt vinegar.
  • Microwave on 'MAXIMUM' for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
